Every member of the Badger & Bean team plays a part in upholding this policy. Our leadership team holds extra responsibility to:
- Encourage inclusive and respectful practices in day-to-day operations.
- Respond promptly to any concerns or reports of inequality.
- Monitor and reflect on how we’re doing and where we can improve.
Implementation
This policy is introduced during staff induction and embedded in our everyday working culture. We provide ongoing support and training to keep inclusion at the heart of what we do.
Complaints and Concerns
We take all concerns seriously. Any team member, customer or supplier who feels they’ve been treated unfairly can raise their concern in confidence. We'll handle each matter with care and respect, following our grievance and feedback procedures.
Review
This policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure it reflects changes in legislation, community needs, and best practice.
